About Us - Principal's Message

Welcome ! I would like to take this oppurtunity to welcome you and your children to AGS, Karu. We at AGS Provide the best possible learning environment for the students. We believe to work as a team of students, teachers, parents and are commitment. We encourage our students to be Confident, Independent, achieve knowledge and gain social skills in order to become successful. I expect that our students achieve 100% results and succeed in their futures.

*Every new beginning is a Blessing as it offers an opportunity for new learnings and finding new ways and methods to make life better and progressive*

As we begin with the new academic session,2022-2023, we welcome and thank each and every one of you who played a key role in session 2021- 2022, to achieve our vision to learn, to work and to grow. The performance of students in academics as well as co-curricular activities in 2021 - 2022 has been packaged in our maiden annual school magazine *Kaleidoscope*. The achievements of our students have charged all of us with enthusiasm and accelerated us on our journey of learning and growth.

 *In our attemt to reach each and every student*, to make a difference in the lives of our students we offer a rich curriculum which is being continually updated.

We are glad to inform you that in the academic session many new activities had been introduced keeping in mind students holistic development. Some of those included good manners, life skills, debating skills 

and writing skills. All the activities were aimed at building self confidence, enhance communications, self management to stand out and face 

challenges of life.

Introduction of

School almanac which gives you all relevant information regarding scholastic and co-scholastic activities including the monthly schedule for your ready reference.* Along with the calendar, exam 

schedule, school celebrations, 

competitions and holidays have been included to keep you all abreast with the year long programme well in advance so that you

may approach these with a measure of 

preparedness and anticipation.  Exploring new avenues like *Science and Maths Exhibition*, *Alumni Meet*, *Guest Speaker programme*, *Work experience* are some of the enrichment activities in accordance with the interests, abilities and needs of students. 

*Counseling and Guidance Sessions* celebration of events like *Rashtriya Ekta Diwas, online streaming of Pariksha pe Charcha, Gandhi Jayanti, Vigilance awareness week, National Reading Day, Fit India Hit India, Yoga Day, Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat* were the other tangible & futuristic events. 

Another feather in our cap has been *100% success in Class VIII Board exams in 2022*

In addition, *in the month of November 2022, AGS organised events* like instalation of Book stalls, Kindness counter (for easy access to people willing to take part in the giving and receiving activity without disturbing the school’s activities) and Art and Craft Exhibition. Celebrations included *Children's Day*, *Constitution Day - to commemorate the birth anniversary of India’s first Prime Minister Pandit Jawahar Lal Nehru and the adoption of the Constitution of India.*
